History and experience
The company has been operating in Georgia since 2004. Over this time, the group has built a portfolio of assets in real estate, hospitality, recreation, sports, food service, and retail.
Projects
The company’s portfolio includes the hotels Ambassadori Tbilisi, Ambassadori Kachreti, Ambassadori Goderdzi, and Ambassadori Batumi; the residential complex Kachreti Apartments; a golf club; a polo and golf academy; the Keburia Winery; and restaurant projects. Ambassadori Island Batumi will become a new coastal district with residential and urban infrastructure.
Construction approach
International architectural and engineering companies have been engaged to develop the project. Yuksel Proje is responsible for engineering solutions, SHoP Architects is designing the architecture of the high-rise towers, ARUP prepared the overall concept for the site, and Colliers participated in planning its development.
